Stacie brings more than 25 years of long term care experience to her role as Vice-President of Operations at Gale Healthcare, having dedicated her career to improving care in nursing home environments.

Stacie started her career as a certified nursing assistant, working at a local nursing home while she worked toward her nursing degree. Along with providing bedside care, Stacie has served in a number of nurse management positions.

In 2013, Stacie transitioned to nurse staffing to help more healthcare providers secure staffing support. Since joining Gale Healthcare in 2018, she has played a strong role in expanding operations and brings keen insights from both clinician and client perspectives.

Stacie and her husband live in Cincinnati, Ohio and have two children. A passionate animal lover, Stacie provides care for special needs dogs and volunteers with a local animal rescue program.
