As Strategic Technology Advisor and former Chief Technology Officer, Kan provides expert counsel on Gale’s efforts to create exceptional experiences for healthcare providers and nursing professionals who rely on Gale’s industry-leading – “on-demand” – staffing and payments platform. An accomplished technologist and organization-builder with 20 years of experience at Google and Morgan Stanley, he brings expertise in developing products, overseeing digital transformation, scaling organizations, and managing teams globally. His roles have spanned the full lifecycle of software development across industry vertices and spanned the globe from London, Mumbai, Silicon Valley and New York. In addition to his work with Gale, Kan serves as Board Vice-Chair for Special Olympics New York. Kan lives with his wife and three children.
