Gale Healthcare Solutions, the leading on-demand staffing platform for healthcare providers, announced today Tulsi Dharmarajan has been named Chief Product Officer. Dharmarajan brings over 20 years of experience to the healthcare tech company, including leadership roles in design, innovation, product management, and technology at a variety of startups and enterprise organizations.

Dharmarajan has managed product portfolios of over $200 million, navigated three mergers and acquisitions and helped lead three significant funding rounds. At Gale, she will lead the creation of an optimal product experience for clients and clinicians as the healthcare technology leader expands its reach and services across the country.

Her work at Wheel led her to earn the Product50 Best Product Leader, Small Company award.
Prior to Wheel, Dharmarajan was senior vice president of product and engineering at Verb, an enterprise HR technology platform that focuses on performance management, where she helped drive revenue growth 10x and user growth 2,500% in the company’s first 18 months.
