Today, Gale Healthcare Solutions, a national leader in providing on-demand healthcare staffing solutions, announced the appointment of Heather Gingerich as Vice President of Human Resources to manage its national workforce of more than 25,000 nursing professionals and 200 internal staff. Gingerich joins a number of women selected for leadership roles to help manage Gale’s rapid growth and expansion.
