Robyn Rusignuolo joins Gale Healthcare Solutions to lead legal and enterprise risk operations.
TAMPA BAY, Fla. – 22 JUNE 2022 – Gale Healthcare Solutions (Gale), a leading technology-enabled healthcare services and payments platform, announced the appointment of Robyn Rusignuolo as its Chief Legal Officer (CLO). Rusignuolo will report to the President and serve as a member of the executive leadership team. Rusignuolo will be responsible for leading legal, enterprise risk, and compliance functions, as well as delivering organizational strategy and legal partnership as Gale continues to grow and scale.

Rusignuolo has held legal and leadership roles in HR technology and healthcare throughout her career. She spent 9 years with Modern Business Associates, a national HR outsourcing and payroll provider serving approximately 1,000 employers and 30,000 employees nationwide. In addition to serving on its Board of Directors, she served as its Chief Legal Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, she led operations, including program implementation and M&A activities, for Community Health Solutions of America and its affiliates. Most recently, Rusignuolo co-founded and built SoleVenture, a technology platform that delivers automated HR and compliance support to freelancers.
