Kevin Guion

Kevin is known in the healthcare industry for developing and executing strategic business plans that drive top-line revenue and EBITDA growth, scale multi-state operations, and build inspired, unified teams that surpass ambitious business goals. Kevin joined the Gale leadership team in May of 2020, and was charged with guiding the organization through the unique challenges associated with Gale’s exceptional growth. He has worn multiple hats in his time with Gale, currently guiding the team as Chief Operating Officer. Kevin brings more than 25 years of experience, having previously fulfilled advisory, consultative, and executive leadership roles with multiple healthcare companies, including his most recent roles as COO/CAO at Proactive-MD, President & COO at OB Hospitalist Group, and COO at South Carolina’s Department of Health & Environmental Control. In addition to his operational leadership roles, Kevin has also served as a speaker, panelist, and executive mentor for entrepreneurs and business leaders driving transformational change and navigating rapid-growth business environments. Professionally, Kevin is passionate about devoting his time and energy to businesses that fundamentally improve the way healthcare serves both patients and the heroes who provide their care. Personally, Kevin finds his greatest fulfillment while spending time with his wife and six children in Greenville, SC. Kevin holds a Marketing degree and an MBA from Baylor University. Sic’em Bears!
