Operations Support Specialist (Administrative Support) #511579451

Summary:

As part of the GHS team, the Operation Support Specialist (OSS) administers the Gale platform. Simply put, the SSS helps Gale to be 100% effective at booking shifts. The SSS is the face behind Gale. The SSS is the human and humane component of the system that does everything within its span of control to get the shift booked.

OSS’s monitor what shifts have not already been covered by Gale. OSS's sole mission should be to fill the shift not filled automatically. A proactive “old school” approach is often needed to fill waiting shifts, late call-out shifts, no call/no-show shifts, and late calls for support from the facility. The OSS must use a litany of approaches and tools to get coverage for the previously listed shift scenarios. The OSS must also advise and empower facilities that haven’t fully adopted the technology to ensure that they have Gale profiles and appropriate training on how to use the Gale Platform. The OSS must be responsive to phone calls and texts. You will be handling on average 200 calls per shift.

Education:

  • High School diploma (required); Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
